Terms and Conditions – ok33 Platform Rules and Policies

1. Introduction

Welcome to ok33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the ok33 platform ("ok33", "we", "us") regarding your use of the ok33 website, mobile application and all services provided through them. By creating an account, logging in or playing any game on the ok33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ok33 platform. These Terms apply to all players, regardless of whether they are using the website through a browser or through the ok33 mobile app on Android or iOS.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on ok33. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact number, email address or payment account details change, update them in your account settings promptly to avoid delays with deposits, withdrawals or account verification.

• One account per person — multiple accounts will be merged or closed.
• All registration details must be truthful and current.
• You must not allow any other person to use your ok33 account.
• Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• ok33 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify account details.

4. Deposits

All deposits on ok33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer and standard bank transfer. Debit cards and supported mobile wallets are also accepted where available.

Deposit minimums and maximums vary depending on the payment channel selected. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your ok33 account. ok33 does not charge its own fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside ok33's control.

Deposits are credited to your ok33 wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the provider. In rare cases where a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact ok33 support with your transaction reference number.

• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended.
• ok33 reserves the right to request proof of deposit source if unusual activity is detected.
• Deposits to bonus-linked accounts are subject to the specific bonus terms in effect at the time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be asked to provide an alternative PKR-denominated account in your own name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must have been verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for the chosen method.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or disputes.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, ok33 may withhold any balance in the account pending a review. If the review concludes that a serious breach occurred — such as fraud, bonus abuse or identity misrepresentation — the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ok33 support. If there is no active bonus or pending investigation on the account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account within standard processing times.

13. Limitation of Liability

ok33 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect access.

ok33 is not liable for:
